Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the local strategy for tenant representation
Serve as the senior advisor to key occupier clients, providing strategic guidance on leasing, relocation, and workplace optimization.
Lead on lease negotiations and portfolio strategies.
Ensure delivery of tailored solutions that meet client objectives and timelines.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, landlords, and industry stakeholders.
Represent C&W Finland at industry events and client meetings.
Collaborate with regional and global teams to align Finland’s TRep offering with broader C&W goals
Qualifications
Proven experience in tenant representation, leasing, or corporate real estate advisory.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship abilities.
Fluent in English & Finnish language skills are a plus.
Familiarity with the Finnish commercial real estate market and key players
