The Head of Technology owns the operational execution, adoption, and delivery of CTO-approved technology strategies, methodologies and standards. Takes the strategic direction and guardrails set by the CTO and operationalises them into tools, enablement programs, and delivery practices across all propositions.

Customer Cycle

• Delivery Quality Enablement for Development & Solutions Architecture

Proposition Cycle

Across all propositions, accountable for technology and AI enablement of:

• Proposition Strategy & Planning
• Methodology, Process & Template Development
• Proposition Decommission

Employee Cycle

• Training & Enablement – Development & HubSpot Solutions Architecture

🚀 Here are a few of the tasks you'll get to work on

• Technology Leadership
• Act as Huble’s senior operational technology leader and execution extension of the CTO
• Client-Facing Technical Authority
• Provide senior technical authority on strategically complex sales opportunities and pre-sales engagements
• AI & Innovation Operationalisation
• Build and maintain a backlog of AI initiatives aligned to CTO direction and business goals
• Standards, Templates, Frameworks & Recipes
• Enablement, Talent and Development

🏗️ To excel in this role, you should have the following

• Principal Architect level capability (Solution Architecture and Software Architecture)
• Strong HubSpot and front office architecture mastery
• Strong integration architecture capability
• Strong web technology architecture
• AI architecture familiarity (RAG, automation, practical AI delivery)
• Proven experience as a senior technical leadership position
• Demonstrable experience in developing strategic IT plans
• Excellent project and budget management skills
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant field
