What We OfferMain Responsibilities1. Asset & Reliability Management- Establish an efficient, transparent cost and asset management framework, overseeing the site maintenance budget to optimize plant availability and FAM cost efficiency.
- Take full accountability for the reliability and operational integrity of all site assets; own the reliability target-setting process and align with all relevant global and local stakeholders.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive reliability strategy, including standard procedures, processes, systems, tools, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in asset utilization across all facilities.
- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale sustainability investments and turnarounds; develop a global asset strategy to ensure the right project prioritization.
- Drive continuous improvement of process technologies to enhance operational efficiency, product quality, and cost competitiveness.
- Propose and implement methods, tools, and initiatives for continuous improvement across technical operations.
- Ensure uniformity in technical standards and operations across the site; contribute to and implement global and site-level reliability best practices.
- Stay current with external and Covestro technical best practices, engineering standards, and local engineering requirements.
- Champion a strong HSE culture across all technical functions, ensuring that safety is embedded as a non-negotiable value in all technical activities and decisions.

- Drive the adoption of digital tools and Industry 4.0 technologies in technical operations, including predictive maintenance, maintenance and operations processes, and data-driven reliability management.
- Identify and implement digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency, asset performance, and decision-making capability across the site.
- Foster a culture of innovation and technology adoption within the technical organization.
- Actively contribute to site-level sustainability targets, including energy efficiency, carbon footprint reduction, and resource optimization, in alignment with Covestro's global sustainability roadmap.
- Integrate sustainability considerations into asset strategy, investment planning, and technical operations.
- Identify and implement initiatives that advance the site's progress toward Covestro's circularity and climate neutrality commitments.
- Ensure technical integrity and full compliance with legal regulations, technical standards, and Covestro internal policies across all site operations.
- Develop, align, and implement global and site-level policies to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations in the field of asset reliability and technical operations.
- Represent the company in relevant national industry associations and regulatory engagements as required, including engagement with Thai government and industrial bodies.
- Build and lead an efficient, empowered, and high-performing technical organization; identify resource needs and skillsets required to achieve reliability and business targets.
- Drive people development within the site's technical community, including talent identification, capability building, and cross-site talent exchange.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, empowerment, and individual engagement as the organizational norm.
- Proactively participate in experience exchange and knowledge transfer with global Technical Site Managers.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with unit management (production and technical), site leadership, and corporate functions to support business development and operational excellence.
- Bundle and communicate reliability and technology know-how across global and site organizations to identify and realize improvement opportunities.
- Engage effectively with external vendors, service providers, and Covestro global organizations to deliver solutions that meet business and customer expectations.
- University degree in Engineering or a related technical field; advanced degree or equivalent qualifications with relevant senior leadership experience is an advantage.
- 15+ years of in-depth experience in plant maintenance and/or plant operations in a chemical, petrochemical, or industrial manufacturing environment.
- 10+ years of team-leading experience at plant Operations and/or Maintenance, preferably within a multinational organization.
- International or multi-site experience is strongly beneficial; experience in the Thai organization is an advantage.
- Profound knowledge of asset reliability principles, engineering standards, and technical best practices (internal and external).
- Strong understanding of maintenance and operations processes, and digital maintenance tools.
- Knowledge of Thai industrial regulations and/or international engineering standards and requirements is desirable.
