Rhombus is looking for a Product Manager for API & Integrations, you will own the end-to-end strategy for integration initiatives within Rhombus' product portfolio. In this dynamic role, you will assess customer requirements, work with engineering and design teams, and leverage feedback from Sales and Marketing to create integration solutions that elevate our offerings. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, as well as tactical execution skills, to navigate the complexities of API development and third-party collaborations.

What You'll Do:

  • Become an expert in Rhombus' core products and integrations, understanding the technical capabilities and market needs. 
  • Define and prioritize integration requirements and timelines.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback, assess integration needs. 
  • Create and manage a comprehensive roadmap for integrations.
  • Identify gaps in existing integration frameworks and develop solutions to enhance product functionality and user experience. 
  • Create and track KPIs to measure partnership performance, including financial metrics, product integration success, and overall impact on business goals. 
  • Lead the planning, execution, and launch of new integrations, ensuring all cross-functional teams are informed, aligned, and supportive throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop and execute effective strategies for communicating integration features and benefits to prospects and customers.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant field. 
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager with 5+ years in product management, with a focus on integrations preferred. 
  • Strong understanding of APIs, third-party integrations, and software development lifecycle. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a knack for leading cross-functional initiatives. 
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving collaborative efforts towards common goals.
  • A strong curiosity and passion for technical product implementation, integration, and API adoption. 

This is an onsite position based in Sacramento, CA. Candidates must be able to commute to the office 2-3 times a week. 


Need to be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.


Compensation 

Base Salary: $120,000-$160,000


Additional forms of compensation, depending on the role, include discretionary bonuses, and equity in the company. Individual pay is determined based on the candidate's primary work/hiring location and additional factors, such as skills and experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training. Further details about compensation for the role can be discussed during the interview process.
