What would you be
doing?
Ø Develop
a deep understanding of our business and HR processes in the first 3 months of
your joining
Ø Establish
short and long-term recruiting strategies designed to deliver on key
organizational metrics (i.e. cost per hire, time to fill, diversity, quality of
hire etc)
Ø Provide
overall direction and management for TA strategy, guidelines and procedures
concerning best practices, systems and methodologies, including social media,
assessment and analytics
Ø Develop
and lead a high-performance recruiting team, ensuring we build the skills,
capability and program management of professional recruitment, university
relations and early careers recruitment, inhouse sourcing, employer branding,
and recruitment.
Ø Continually evaluate and refine recruiting processes to
ensure maximum efficiency and optimal candidate experience
Ø Be a thought leader in the space of market intelligence, data
analytics, recruiting trends and legislative initiatives that have short and
long-term implications on the profitability of the business
Ø Foster a highly proactive sourcing capability, using the
latest sourcing tools, methodologies and talent mapping approach. Define and
target critical roles. Drive use of candidate relationship management tools and
activities What kind of person are we looking for:
Ø 10 – 15 years of Talent Acquisition experience with MBA in HR
, minimum of 8 years of experience managing full life-cycle recruitment process
which includes managing a team in different locations
Ø Demonstrated Employer Branding, Market Intelligence, Talent
Mapping/Pipelining, Diversity recruitment and TA Analytics experience.
Ø Experience in building new initiatives and processes
Ø Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the
organization to achieve results
Ø Strong candidate & customer experience focus,
demonstrated ability to understand the customer’s business, issues and needs,
proactively responding to customer requirements
Ø Demonstrated experience with the various components of the TA
function
Ø A passion to transform end-to-end business processes through
scale, automation, standardization, performance management and customer
satisfaction
Ø Capacity to identify and implement opportunities to utilize
technology as an enabler
Ø Capability to establish and maintain relationships and to
effectively interact, negotiate, and influence staff in various levels of the
organization
Ø Strong leadership skills including team leading, employee
mentoring and development, and the ability to empower others through delegating
responsibility
Skills Required
