As Head of Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning – Technology & Enablement, you'll lead SEEK's largest and most strategically important hiring portfolio across Technology, Product, AI, Finance & Business Services, People & Culture and Corporate Strategy & Investments. You'll partner with senior leaders to influence workforce decisions, strengthen direct hiring capability and help shape the future of AI-enabled talent acquisition across APAC.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on recruiting for a small number of SEEK's most critical appointments. If you enjoy solving complex hiring challenges while leading and developing others, this role offers the opportunity to do both.

- Drive direct sourcing strategies that reduce agency reliance and improve hiring outcomes.
- Champion AI-enabled recruiting practices that enhance recruiter capability and candidate experience.
- Personally lead a select number of SEEK's most senior or strategically critical appointments.
- Use data and market insights to continually improve hiring quality, efficiency and workforce outcomes.
