- Design and
deliver projects/products within defined time, cost, and quality parameters.

FAT clearance process and manage technical handover and transition to
Installation & Commissioning (I&C) for deployment.

post-deployment reliability and responsiveness.
- Reduce
design-related field issues in Engineering by 50% through system validation,
design reviews, and feedback integration.
- Achieve 15%
cost reduction in new platforms through design-to-cost initiatives and
cross-functional optimization.
Requirements
● Experience in systems integration,
engineering design, or robotics development, preferably in automation or
industrial robotics sectors.
● Strong experience in multi-disciplinary systems
engineering, including mechanical, electrical, and software integration.
● Proven ability to lead complex engineering programs
from concept through validation and deployment.
● Experience managing technical transitions from
design to field deployment and customer operations.
● Strong understanding of robotics architecture,
sensors, control systems, and communication interfaces.
● Proficiency in design-to-cost, system reliability
analysis, and risk management.
● Ability to coordinate cross-functional engineering
teams and manage end-to-end system integration activities.
