We're looking for an independently driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Clinical Operations as a Head of Systems Engineering, Access & Partnerships. In this role, you’ll be leading our insurance team to analyze reimbursement data, understand our claims lifecycle, and develop our payor strategy. You’ll work closely with our Clinical, Product, Care, and Data teams to enhance provider support and improve patient outcomes.
What You’ll Do- Work with engineering to solve exciting problems and build unique AI tools
Analyze performance data using SQL/Python and other tools to track provider KPIs, surface key insights, and drive data-informed decisions
Own the strategy and execution of Mochi’s partnerships
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support of our partners
Work cross functionally with engineering and data for a seamless experience
Spend approximately 30% of your time managing, and about 70% of your time as an IC
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is a plus!
Strong experience with Python/SQL - Analytical and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to solving problems.
Experience in healthcare, management consulting, or startups is a plus.
Comfortable working full-time, in-office in our downtown San Francisco office

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $250,000 to $325,000, in addition to equity and benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations.
