What you’ll be doing- Lead and mentor: Manage multiple teams within our support organization. Act as a sparring partner for Customer Support Team Leads and help them raise the bar for their teams.
- Solve problems: Tackle challenges proactively and reactively. Drive a solution-oriented mindset and ensure best practices are applied consistently.
- Boost performance: Use data and support metrics to set clear expectations, make informed decisions, and ensure we deliver excellent support to our customers, couriers, and partners.
- Shape strategy and execute: Turn insights from our internal tools into sustainable strategies, then bring them to life with a focus on continuous improvement and high satisfaction levels.
- Scale smart: As our team grows, help us meet demand by introducing smarter, more efficient ways of working every day.
- Build the team: Design the organizational setup for long-term success, while identifying and hiring top talent to grow our support teams.
- Strong people management experience with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Background in customer operations, strategy consulting, or similar, with a focus on problem-solving.
- Solid project management skills.
- Passion for leading and developing teams, ensuring they understand their purpose and what great performance looks like.
- Analytical and curious mindset — confident in working with support metrics and asking the right questions.
- Experience with budgets and KPIs, and the ability to translate data into clear actions.
- Adaptability and multitasking skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy, eager to learn, and ready to share knowledge with others.
- Strong communication skills in Uzbek, Russian, and English, both written and spoken.
- A can-do attitude, willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done.

Wolt is a Helsinki-based technology company that provides an online platform for consumers, merchants and couriers. It connects people looking to order food and other goods with people interested in selling and delivering them. To enable this, Wolt develops a wide range of technologies from local logistics to retail software and financial solutions – as well as operating its own grocery stores under the Wolt Market brand.
Wolt’s products include Wolt+ (subscription service for customers), Wolt for Work (meal benefits and office deliveries for companies), Wolt Drive (fast last-mile deliveries for merchants) and Wolt Self-Delivery (service for merchant partners with their own delivery staff). Wolt’s mission is to make cities better by empowering and growing local communities. Wolt was founded in 2014 and joined forces with DoorDash in 2022. DoorDash operates in 29 countries today, 25 of which are with the Wolt product and brand.
