You will ensure stable execution, optimal stock allocation, and on-time order fulfilment across channels and categories, while maintaining high customer satisfaction and minimizing disruptions. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and a continuous improvement mindset to adapt and scale with the needs of the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support development of execution playbooks that guide how markets and hubs interact

Third-party and Partner Accountability

  • Manage relationships with outsourced fulfilment partners (DBS, RMS and 3PL) and lead structured performance reviews

  • Ensure contractual obligations, service level agreements and cost targets are met

  • Identify and address performance gaps through continuous improvement and corrective action

  • Champion consistent collaboration between internal teams and partners to support efficient, scalable operations

Stakeholder Engagement and Risk Management

  • Ensure timely and structured communication with key stakeholders in the event of receipt delays, transport issues or quality concerns

  • Provide high-level oversight on the resolution of complex operational problems and recovery plans

  • Lead alignment on risk scenarios and mitigation measures with key functions including Planning and Commercial

Continuous Improvement and Transformation

  • Drive a continuous improvement agenda across the hub to reduce cost to serve, improve service and simplify execution

  • Lead initiatives to explore and implement new fulfilment models including direct delivery, VMI, consignment or pooled inventory

  • Support process automation, data flow optimisation and capability development within the team

  • Promote a performance culture with strong operational discipline, ownership and responsiveness

Team Leadership and Development

  • Build and lead a high-performing team with clear responsibilities and shared goals

  • Coach and develop team members to grow functional capabilities and cross-market knowledge

  • Ensure succession planning, role clarity and career development are actively managed within the team

About you
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain execution with leadership responsibility in a global or multi-market setting

  • Proven track record of managing outsourced partners and complex fulfilment networks

  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and seniority levels

  • Deep understanding of fulfilment, planning and logistics systems and workflows

What We Do

At Dyson we are focused on solving the problems that others have ignored; solving them first using our technology and ingenuity. In order to achieve this we need to pioneer technologies that are different and authentic. This is the core of what we do and who we are. We must strive to create the future, every single day by developing new things, different things, things that go against the grain with a diverse and global team of ingenious minds.

Dyson employs over 14,000 people and is present in more than 80 countries. And while we are growing fast we want Dyson to remain a start-up in spirit with the freedom of experimentation and learning, constantly reinventing our products as well as reinventing how we work, how we sell and how we support our owners. At the same time we are working through the James Dyson Foundation, James Dyson Award and Dyson Institute to inspire future engineers and pioneering a new approach to engineering education.

Underlining everything we do in this diverse environment is the need to always show respect, supporting each other as one team to overcome whatever challenges we encounter. We drive empowerment, development and equality in an inclusive environment for our people around the world.

The future doesn’t just happen, we look to make it happen, to achieve leaps through pioneering new ideas
