Our client is a leading jewelry company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Supply Planning, Forecasting, and Logistics Coordination
- Develop a supply chain strategy aligned with the business direction.
- Plan the operating model across production, warehousing, distribution, and sales channels or stores, while strengthening supply capabilities to support long-term growth.
- Develop and implement short-, medium-, and long-term supply scheduling plans to meet business requirements.
- Establish a control system covering the entire warehouse network, packaging processes, storage, warehouse operations, and transportation of high-value goods.
- Lead the research and implementation of solutions to shorten circulation and delivery lead times, optimize product supply speed, and reduce logistics costs.
Procurement and Supplier Management
- Manage the supplier network, establish evaluation criteria, and organize supplier assessment and development activities to optimize cost and quality.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
- Lead the procurement of raw materials, finished goods, and semi-finished goods, as well as the handling of returned and redirected goods.
- Establish technical standards and quality control procedures for raw materials, semi-finished goods, finished goods, and supplies in coordination with partners.
QA/QC System and Legal Compliance Management
- Develop and standardize the product quality standards system across the entire supply chain.
- Establish and operate incoming inspection, in-process quality control, and outgoing quality control procedures.
- Ensure strict compliance with government regulations on product labelling, including labels and pricing, and ensure that all goods fully comply with applicable quality standards.
- Lead the resolution of product quality incidents.
Budget, People, and Culture Management
- Develop and manage the Division’s budget plan and optimize costs.
- Design the organizational structure, define functions and responsibilities, plan workforce requirements, and allocate duties to employees.
- Establish a performance evaluation system and drive the performance of subordinate employees.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team capabilities while building a succession pipeline.
- Act as a role model and encourage the team to demonstrate the Company’s core values and cultural principles.
- Manage conflicts and strengthen team engagement.
Requirements
Knowledge
- In-depth understanding of end-to-end supply chain models, including Sales and Operations Planning, omnichannel logistics management, and large-scale multi-location distribution.
- Advanced knowledge of high-value goods warehousing and operations, security procedures, and last-mile logistics specific to the jewellery and precious stones industry.
- Strong understanding of customs regulations, import and export procedures, international trade laws, and transportation safety requirements.
- Good understanding of technology architecture supporting modern supply chain operations.

Working hours
- Monday - Saturday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM).

Skills Required
- Experience developing and implementing end-to-end supply chain strategy and operating models
- Experience with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and omnichannel logistics management
- Advanced knowledge of high-value goods warehousing, security procedures, and last-mile logistics
- Strong understanding of customs regulations, import/export procedures, and international trade laws
- Proven procurement and supplier management experience, including negotiation of pricing and terms
- Experience managing procurement of raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods, and returns handling
- Experience establishing QA/QC systems, incoming/in-process/outgoing inspection procedures, and resolving quality incidents
- Budget planning and cost optimization experience for a supply chain division
- Strong leadership skills: team design, performance management, coaching, succession planning
- Ability to model product flows and forecast supply and demand
- Ability to assess supply chain risks and develop contingency plans for disruptions and FX/logistics risks
- Good understanding of technology architecture supporting modern supply chain operations and dashboards
