The Role

As Head of Supply Chain, you will oversee the end-to-end supply chain processes at Pernod Ricard France, ensuring operational excellence that supports our financial performance and customer satisfaction in both On Trade and Off Trade markets. You will lead and develop our supply chain teams, while representing the supply chain function across the organization and the Group. You will anticipate, define, and implement organizational and process adaptations to meet customer expectations and market evolution, positioning Pernod Ricard France's supply chain as an industry benchmark and competitive advantage.

Your key missions:

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead and manage the supply chain department, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Coach and develop team members, ensuring alignment with business evolution and market trends.

  • Develop a strategic roadmap for the supply chain function, adapting to the company's evolving needs, and establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance.

S&OP Process Management:

  • Oversee the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams.

  • Ensure accurate sales forecasts and optimize planning strategies to balance cost, quality, and delivery.

Logistics and Compliance:

  • Manage logistics processes, including customs and excise, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management

  • Develop and implement storage and transport strategies to meet quality targets.

  • Coordinate external logistics providers and manage associated flows.

Continuous Improvement and Transformation:

  • Drive supply chain transformation initiatives, leveraging ERP systems for data-driven decision-making.

  • Implement projects of our transformation journey with organisation & process optimization to enhance supply chain efficiency and sustainability, setting ambitious performance targets.

  • 15+ years of professional experience in supply chain management.

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or related field (Supply Chain specialization preferred)

  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

  • Proficiency in supply chain management tools and analytics (ERP, WMS, BI…)

  • APICS certification is desirable.

  • End-to-End Planning and Supply Chain Excellence.

  • Strategic Vision and Execution.

  • Decision-Making and Problem-Solving.

  • Cross-functional Team Leadership and Collaboration.

  • Stakeholder Management and Communication Skills.

  • Ethical Leadership and Agility.
