At Hitachi Energy, our Supply Chain Management function plays a critical role in enabling a resilient, sustainable and competitive supply chain. We are looking for a Head of Supply Chain Performance Management to lead the global performance management agenda across Procurement and Trade, Transport & Logistics.
In this role, you will act as a strategic business partner and trusted subject matter expert for senior Supply Chain stakeholders, bringing together financial and operational performance insights, governance, analytics and continuous improvement. You will help shape transparent, fact-based decision-making and strengthen the way performance is measured, understood and improved across the global SCM organization.
This is an opportunity for an experienced individual who combines strategic vision with strong analytical capabilities, business partnering skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a complex, global environment.
- Lead and continuously enhance the global Supply Chain Performance Management agenda across Procurement and Trade, Transport & Logistics.
- Act as Finance Business Partner and trusted subject matter expert for Performance Management to the Chief Procurement Officer and senior SCM leadership.
- Build and maintain a robust performance management framework covering financial and operational KPIs, target setting, reporting, analytics and decision support.
- Define and maintain global standards, governance, guidelines, KPI definitions and training materials for performance management.
- Drive the evolution of metrics and dashboards that create strategic, operational and financial transparency across SCM.
- Champion advanced analytics, data science and AI to improve business insights, functional performance and strategic decision-making.
- Lead, develop and engage a global network of performance management professionals, process specialists and data analysts.
- As People Manager, you will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
- Proven leadership experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance or Performance Management within a global, matrixed organization.
- Strong understanding of sourcing, procurement, logistics and end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Deep knowledge of performance management, KPI governance, data analytics, BI platforms and emerging AI applications.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and influence senior leadership decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and business partnering skills across functions, regions and cultures.
- Leadership mindset with the ability to drive transformation, build capability and foster collaboration across diverse teams.

The minimum salary for this position in specified location:
Italy: starting from 86,000 EUR gross annual salary
The final offer will be based on candidate location, skills and qualifications, experience, and aligned with internal pay structures.
