As Head of Supply Chain Digital Products, you will have a unique opportunity to shape the future of Kramp’s supply chain and operations technology landscape. In this strategic leadership role, you will drive the digital transformation of our supply chain, enabling greater efficiency, scalability, and innovation across the business.

You will lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of a modern technology ecosystem, including the implementation of a new ERP platform, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Order Management capabilities, and related business processes.

Working closely with stakeholders across Operations, Technology (IT), Commerce, Procurement and Finance, you translate business needs into scalable technology solutions that improve efficiency, standardization and operational excellence across Kramp landscape (11 warehouses in Europe and Supply Chain teams). 

As a member of the Supply Chain & Operations Leadership team, you report to the VP Supply Chain & Operations and lead an international team of Product Owners and Business Analysts. 

The role

In this role you will thrive in a stakeholder-rich environment, influencing across departments and building strong partnerships. With a unique blend of strategic leadership and operational involvement, you are equally comfortable shaping the future roadmap as rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.

Furthermore you will:

• Enable supply chain and operations teams with technology solutions to operate efficiently, reliable, and at scale  

• Define and execute the digital product (technology) roadmap for Supply Chain & Operations systems and applications. (e.g. WMS, TMS, SC Planning tool). 

• Support the company’s growth through driving increased automation of our processes and warehouses, successful execution of various WH automation investments 

• Own the tech product governance, prioritization and delivery processes across the domain. 

• Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver end-to-end system performance and continuous process improvements. 

• Develop and coach the teams (hierarchical and functional)  

• Manage external suppliers of various digital products 

• Drive quarterly (digital product increments) planning sessions, content and prioritisation.
   

Who are you? 

You bring significant international leadership experience within Operations, Supply Chain, or Supply Chain Technology environments and have a proven ability to lead transformation, engage stakeholders at all levels, and deliver impactful results in complex, fast-paced organizations.

• Master's degree in engineering, IT, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field. 

• Collaborative and inspiring leadership style and excellent coaching skills.

• Proactive mindset, and the resilience to navigate change.

• Proven track record in leading large-scale ERP, SaaS and technology transformation programs. 

• Experience managing a portfolio of digital products, including governance, roadmaps, prioritisation and benefits realisation. 

• Ability to translate strategic concepts into practical, scalable tools and solutions. 

• Great understanding of warehouse and supply-chain operations and the processes supported by technology.
