We are introducing a new Head of Strategic Projects role to boost our organizational effectiveness and spearhead strategic initiatives. This role will empower our COO & Co-Founder by aligning cross-functional strategies and ensuring operational excellence across the department. By focusing on strategic planning and execution, the Head of Strategic Projects will help us navigate complex challenges and enhance Executive effectiveness.

You will:

• Support the development of our growth flywheel strategy and strategic roadmaps across Supply Operations including conceptualization, synthesis, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify, prioritize and address strategic incompletions.
• Conduct in-depth strategic analysis and gather market intelligence, focusing on inventory and supply.
• Lead strategic projects e.g. to enhance operational excellence and process efficiency.
• Oversee Objectives and Key Results (OKR) and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) processes for the Operations department.
• Organize and manage all high-impact internal and external meetings for the Executive.
• Develop strategic content including presentations and communications with investors and stakeholders.
• Enhance information flow across the department, connect the dots with key stakeholders to improve operational effectiveness.

Who you are

• 4+ years experience at a top tier consultancy - followed by 4+ years of experience in operational roles
• Proven ability to manage complex projects in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially with Executive and Board-level stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and time management abilities.
• Highly attentive, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, fluency in German is a plus
