Stork Club is looking for a strong individual to own, building strategic partnerships with a range of providers for our network to support members focused on family-building and reproductive health. This is a critical, high-impact role where you will work to establish partnerships that ensure comprehensive coverage for Stork Club members while advocating for access to high-quality care.
You’ll own the full lifecycle of partnerships, from identifying opportunities and creative outreach to negotiating agreements and fostering long-term collaboration globally. You are an owner, self-starter, and you have experience prospecting and contracting in a variety of industries. Healthcare experience is NOT required.
You prefer building relationships more than being just a salesperson. We need a hunter who can manage the full lifecycle of partnerships, from identifying opportunities to negotiating contracts, fostering long-term collaboration, and creating innovative campaigns to group our network globally. You will join a small team collaborating with network management and reporting to the Head of Network Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Contracting.: Manage the end-to-end contracting process, from outreach and qualifying prospects to engaging with them, reviewing and negotiating contracts, responding to inquiries, and finalizing agreements at scale.
- Pipeline Creation and Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare and non-healthcare providers, including clinics, labs, doulas, and virtual clinical experts, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Relationship Development: Build and establish relationships with key decision-makers and partners across small clinical organizations and hospitals, and serve as a trusted advisor on family-building and reproductive health benefits.
- CRM Management and Reporting Excellence: Meticulously utilize our CRM on a daily basis with pipeline activity, track progress, forecast contract performance, and provide weekly reports to leadership and peer stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other operations teams, marketing, and other departments to align growth strategies to support customer launches, serve existing members, and optimize customer experience.
- Ensure Excellence in Provider Quality: Maintain our Center of Excellence criteria by auditing existing and future relationships to ensure they meet our rigorous requirements to provide the best possible care to our members.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing the end-to-end process of partnership or business development with SMBs, from prospecting to contracting.
- Experiencing managing a pipeline with outreach to multiple prospects at a time.
- Experience managing and updating a CRM for pipeline management and reporting.
- Self-starter who loves to have ownership of key results, and requires minimum oversight to complete tasks and projects.
- Experience working in an early-stage startup environment or fast-paced environment is required.
- Note: healthcare contracting experience is not required but contracting at scale is a must.
