JOB TITLE: Head of Solutions & Commercial
RESPONSIBLE TO: Country Manager, Asia
MAIN LOCATION: Guangzhou, China
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement world class and market competitive solutions with a view to customer adoption
- Ensure yield optimisation through strategic pricing
- Develop supplier network to support company growth strategies
- Lead supplier onboarding and integration
- Liaise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve company strategies
Essential Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or relevant four-year degree with at least 8 years of relevant work experience in end-to-end distribution network solutions, pricing/ commercial, e-commerce, and/or supply chain management
- Experience in developing and implementing network solutions, including supplier onboarding
- Operational experience in supply chain and logistics required
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills required
Additional Requirements:
- May be required to perform other duties as assigned by the company from time-to-time, subject to adequate experience and/or training.
- To participate in the annual performance appraisal process and objective scheme.
- To work in accordance with all APG policies including Health and Safety, Employment, Staff, Quality and Environmental.
- To adhere to company wide information security policies, as outlined and agreed within the first month of employment.
