You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Overseeing client Relationship Management - Maintaining and developing relationships with small and medium-sized business clients
- Developing Sales Strategies - Creating and implementing sales strategies tailored to SME needs
- Helping in contracts negotiating - Conducting negotiations of commercial agreements and contracts with clients
- Performing market and Competition Monitoring - Analyzing the energy and gas market and competitors to adjust sales strategies
- Managing Sales Team - Leading the team responsible for serving SME clients
- Resolving Customer Issues - Effectively resolving customer problems and issues
- Sales Performance Analysis - Monitoring and reporting sales results for the small and medium business client segment
- Building Company Image - Representing the company at client meetings and industry events
- Ensureing compliance with Legal Regulations - Ensuring compliance of department activities with applicable legal regulations
- Implementing New Technologies - Deploying modern technologies to support sales operations and SME client service
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working for a trading company
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Time management abilities
- Focus on building relationships
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
- Polish language – working proficiency
- English language – working proficiency
