About the role

As Head of Savings and Investments, you’ll shape the future of our savings and investment propositions across our key product lines. • Evolving and delivering the commercial and proposition plan.
  • Owning the end-to-end savings proposition across product, operations and our commercial bank partnerships.
  • Working alongside the commercial leadership team, to ensure our products attract and retain clients, ensuring we maximise cross sell and retention and ultimately driving AuA growth across the platform.
  • Owning client and business outcomes, including adherence to regulation, standards and policies of the product, including Consumer Duty, Conduct and Vulnerable Clients.
  • Working with the policy team to influence the future of ISA products.
  • Working with the product team to ensure digital roadmaps are aligned to commercial outcomes.
  • Managing relationships with key partners and third parties.
  • Managing the risk and control environment, including management of risk, conduct and Conflicts of Interest.

About you

  • Significant experience in Savings, ISAs and investing.
  • Experienced commercial leader and P&L owner.
  • Natural curiosity, entrepreneurial drive and a desire to be the best.
  • Comfortable thriving with ambiguity and change.
  • Proven experience of leading, inspiring and motivating a high performing team.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex initiatives in universally understood language to match Hargreaves Lansdown (HL) tone of voice.
  • Proven ability to influence large teams without direct leadership authority.
  • Highly analytical thinker, as well as a creative problem solver.
  • Regulatory and Governance experience.
  • Recognised as an industry expert, mentor, and teacher across the business.
