The RoleWe are looking for a Head of Sales who leads from the front.
This is not a role for someone who wants to sit back, review dashboards, and coach from a distance. We need someone who will personally close deals—especially the complex or high-value ones—while also building the capability of a small, developing sales team.
Think of it as a player-coach position. You will carry your own deals. You will sit in on your team's calls when they need support. You will build the processes, pick the tools, and set the pace. When a deal gets stuck, you will roll up your sleeves and unstick it. You will report directly to the CEO and have real ownership of sales performance.
What You Will Do
  • Sell, personally. You will own and close deals yourself, particularly enterprise accounts and complex engagements where experience and credibility matter. You should expect to spend significant time in direct selling activities, not just managing others.
  • Lead and develop the team. You will manage a team of 4-5, including hunters, business development managers, and account managers at varying experience levels. Your job is to make them better—through pipeline reviews, call coaching, joint client meetings, and hands-on guidance.
  • Build the sales operation. You will establish clear sales processes, pipeline stages, forecasting rhythms, and performance metrics. If something needs doing—choosing a dialer, structuring the CRM, designing outreach sequences—you will figure it out and implement it, not wait for someone else.
  • Hit targets. You will be accountable for team sales targets. We are looking for someone who is energized by targets, not burdened by them.
  • Bridge Thai and international clients. Our client base includes Thai enterprises and international companies. You must be equally effective in both contexts—adjusting your communication style, sales approach, and relationship management as needed.
What We Are Looking ForRequired:
  • Proven track record of personally closing B2B deals in Thailand, ideally in technology services, software, or related industries
  • Experience managing or leading a sales team, with demonstrated ability to improve team performance
  • Fluent Thai and English—you must be fully comfortable selling and presenting in both languages
  • Hands-on, operational mindset—you enjoy building processes and systems, not just working within them
  • Based in Bangkok and able to work on-site at our Si Lom office daily
  • Comfortable selling to both SMEs and enterprise clients
Ideal:
  • Bicultural background (Thai and Western) or international education, with natural ability to navigate both Thai and Western business environments
  • Experience selling custom software development, IT consulting, or professional services
  • Familiarity with consultative selling approaches (SPIN, value-based selling, or similar)
  • Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or fintech sectors
