Head of Sales

We are looking for a highly experienced and driven Head of Sales to lead the development and execution of PalmPay’s sales strategy in Pakistan. You will build and lead a high-performing sales team to drive user acquisition, agent onboarding, merchant partnerships, and revenue growth across digital and physical channels.

• Define and implement sales strategies aligned with PalmPay’s business objectives in Pakistan.

• Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales team (B2C & B2B).

• Develop agent network strategy and drive active agent acquisition.

• Manage and grow merchant partnerships to ensure product adoption and usage.

• Identify market opportunities and drive initiatives to increase customer acquisition and retention.

• Ensure sales operations are data-driven with KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and finance teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 7+ years of experience in sales, preferably in fintech, banking, or telecom sectors.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Deep understanding of Pakistan’s digital payment landscape.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Fluent in English and Urdu.
