Job Description:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams across Thailand, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including gas stations, logistics providers, and fleet managers.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with broader business goals and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Identify market opportunities and trends, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Drive business growth through lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, sales forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance withcompany policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in all sales operations.

Requirements

Qualification: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in senior sales or leadership roles, with a strong focus on oil, fuel, or GPS-enabled solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing sales teams and achieving results in oil and fuel-related industries.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in sales strategy development, performance analysis, and market insights specific to oil and GPS products.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a must.
  • Familiarity with the operational needs of B2B clients in the oil and fuel sectors, including fleet management and GPS integration.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to market changes, and deliver under pressure.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
