The Head of Sales at PetroApp is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving nationwide sales performance, with a focus on oil and fuel-related industries, as well as GPS-enabled solutions. Job Description:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams across Thailand, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including gas stations, logistics providers, and fleet managers.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with broader business goals and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Identify market opportunities and trends, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Drive business growth through lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, sales forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance withcompany policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in all sales operations.
- Represent PetroApp at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company’s presence.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in senior sales or leadership roles, with a strong focus on oil, fuel, or GPS-enabled solutions.
- Proven track record of managing sales teams and achieving results in oil and fuel-related industries.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in sales strategy development, performance analysis, and market insights specific to oil and GPS products.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a must.
- Familiarity with the operational needs of B2B clients in the oil and fuel sectors, including fleet management and GPS integration.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to market changes, and deliver under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
