In the role of Head of Sales & Training Benelux in the GN Hearing Region North Sales organization, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will manage the Benelux commercial plan and enable our teams and partners with the skills and knowledge to deliver quality outcomes.

We are looking for you who is ready to balance time between our Velp office and being in the field. In this role, you can be based anywhere in the Netherlands or Belgium—while ensuring a regular presence in our Velp office and frequent time with customers and partners across the region. You will work across teams and locations to align priorities and ensure quality outcomes.

The Team you will be part of:

You will be part of the GN Hearing Region North Sales team, locally anchored in Velp and collaborating closely across Benelux and our wider Northern Europe community. You will report to the Sales Director – Region North, Kezia Hills (UK-based; feel free to connect on LinkedIn for questions).

We are a collaborative, customer-focused team with a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous learning. We set clear goals, share knowledge openly, and celebrate quality outcomes for our customers and partners.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Manage and develop the Benelux sales and training team to deliver revenue, market share, and profitability

  • Build strategic relationships with key customers, audiology practices, distributors, and partners; agree and execute joint business plans

  • Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline health, and clear performance reporting to inform decisions

  • Design and deliver engaging training and enablement for partners and internal teams

  • Align launches and campaigns with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Support for the Benelux market

  • Improve processes and budgets while maintaining compliance with GN policies and local regulations

  • Balance office and field time across Benelux and share market insights in regional forums

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:

  • Balance office and field priorities and work well across countries, teams, and a matrixed organization

  • Bring substantial sales leadership and people management experience building inclusive, high-performing teams

  • May have key account management experience in audiology/clinical, retail, B2B, or distribution in Benelux

  • Bring a relevant higher education (e.g., HBO/WO or Bachelor’s/Master’s) in Business, Commercial Economics, Marketing, International Business, or similar—or equivalent experience; Audiology/Healthcare Management and relevant certifications are an add-on

  • Communicate with clarity, build trust, and align stakeholders; you are proficient in English and bring working proficiency in Dutch; French is an add-on

At GN we pride ourselves on encouraging flexible work whenever possible. We trust our people to fulfill their responsibilities, to know when in-person collaboration is better than hybrid, and to be present when it's needed most.

We encourage you to apply

Even if you don’t match all the above-mentioned skills, we welcome your application if you think you have transferable skills. We highly value a mindset and motivation that align with our core values, to not only ensure growth for you, but for your team and the wider GN organization as well.

We are focused on an inclusive recruitment process

All applicants will receive equal consideration for employment. As such, we encourage you to submit your CV without a photo to ensure an equal and fair application process.
