Role Purpose
We are seeking a senior commercial leader to drive sustainable revenue growth, strengthen sales execution rigor, and develop high-performing sales talent. The Head of Sales will lead the sales organization in Saudi Arabia, ensuring disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and strong governance across the deal lifecycle while building long-term customer partnerships aligned with Ericsson's strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the Saudi sales organization to deliver revenue, margin, and strategic business targets• Own pipeline governance, forecasting discipline, and deal quality across the portfolio• Drive executive customer engagement and strategic account planning• Lead complex, cross-domain pursuits and ensure alignment across solution sales, delivery, finance, legal and partners• Develop and coach senior sellers and build a strong leadership succession bench• Establish performance culture with clear KPIs, cadence, and accountability• Ensure full compliance with Ericsson ethics, governance, and business integrity standards• Contribute to country strategy and represent the sales organization in leadership forums

• Strong pipeline coverage and improved forecast accuracy• Increased win rate and deal profitability• Scalable sales governance and execution rhythm• Strengthened team capability, engagement, and succession readiness• Improved collaboration across country and regional stakeholders
Required Qualifications (Must-have)
• Proven senior sales leadership experience in complex B2B environments• Track record in leading large pursuits and closing strategic deals• Strong deal governance, commercial judgment, and forecasting discipline• Executive-level stakeholder management and ability to build trusted customer relationships• Strong people leadership, coaching capability, and performance management• High integrity, strong compliance mindset, and sound decision-making
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-have)
• Experience in telecom, ICT, enterprise technology, or transformation programs• Understanding of multi-stakeholder public/private sector environments• Familiarity with subscription, software, and services-based commercial models• Experience driving business growth in a matrix organization
