WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

As Head of Sales Operations, you will play a pivotal role in enabling our global sales organization to operate efficiently, consistently, and with confidence. Supporting the full sales lifecycle, from lead management and deal execution to renewals and client administration, you will help create the operational foundation that allows our commercial teams to focus on delivering value to clients.

This is a highly visible leadership role within Commercial Operations, working across SimCorp, Axioma, Domos, and Sofia entities. Success in this role means creating scalable processes, improving data quality and transparency, and enabling better business decisions through reliable operational insights.

You will join a collaborative, international environment where your work directly contributes to predictable growth, client retention, and commercial excellence.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

In your daily work, you will collaborate with teams across Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to:

  • Lead and develop the global Sales Operations function, supporting the end-to-end sales process from lead qualification through contract renewal.
  • Establish and continuously improve scalable sales processes, ensuring data accuracy, operational excellence, and consistency across the organization.
  • Drive CRM governance and optimization, ensuring Salesforce remains a trusted source of truth for commercial activities and reporting.
  • Partner with commercial stakeholders to support efficient deal execution, contract administration, invoicing readiness, and renewal management.
  • Deliver reporting and operational insights that improve pipeline visibility, forecast reliability, and commercial decision-making.
  • Enable sales productivity through training, documentation, process guidance, and continuous operational support.

WHAT WE VALUE

Most importantly, you can see yourself contributing and thriving in the position described above. How you gained the skills needed for doing that is less important. We expect you to be good at several of the following and be able to - and interested in - learning the rest:

  • 10+ years of experience leading Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, or similar business support functions within a complex international organization.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms, sales processes, and commercial data management, ideally including Salesforce.
  • Experience supporting contract management, deal administration, and collaboration across commercial, finance, and legal functions.
  • Ability to establish structure, improve processes, and maintain data quality across multiple stakeholders and business units.
  • Familiarity with client onboarding, commercial governance, or operational compliance activities.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and translating operational insights into business improvements.
