Our client is a new real estate developer specialized in the construction of contemporary residential real estate  projects in Dubai, looking for a Sales Director.

The ideal candidate is responsible to lead the Sales strategy execution through partner network and direct sales, building the system from scratch, responsible to achieve maximum sales revenue while fostering innovative ideas for sales and marketing strategies. The company offers a great opportunity for this position for you to dive into professional growth by setting up the business and sales team. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Set up a sales department 
  • Demonstrate an effective strategy and execution in achieving sales goals
  • Build and execute sales strategy leveraging the sales through brockerage and partnership network 
  • Exhibit strong negotiation skills and technique in closing deals
  •  Resolve conflicts with clients, VIP client support 
  • Develop/maintain knowledge of market trends, competition, and customers
  • Professionally represent the company in the industry
  • Promote different branding strategy to maximize company influence in the market
  • Build and maintain a strong and long-term relationship with real estate agencies and brokers
  • Proactively formulates business development strategies and ensures effective execution with positive results by educating and managing the team
  • Successfully develop a systematic process for sales
  • Utilize and maximize the prospective clients, customers by tracking the CRM system


Requirements
  • Proven experience of sales and UAE real estate industry  
  • Candidate must have excellent command of verbal and written English at the high language level
  • Currently based in the UAE
  •  Excellent presentation, communication and managerial skills
  •  Must have minimum 2 years’ experience as Sales Director in Real Estate Development Industry
  •  Strong people management, hiring and people couching skill
  • Strong leadership skills 


Skills Required

  • Proven sales experience in the UAE real estate industry
  • Excellent command of verbal and written English
  • Currently based in the UAE
  • Excellent presentation, communication and managerial skills
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as Sales Director in Real Estate Development
  • Strong people management, hiring and coaching skills
  • Strong leadership skills
