Description

We're looking for a Head of Sales & Marketing to join our Senior Leadership Team to oversee all the company’s marketing activities, external communication and client acquisition, ensuring that we achieve brand awareness and sustainable growth.
On any given day you could be doing one or all of these things:

  • Create and oversee our marketing strategy for retention of existing clients and acquisition of new clients across digital and partner channels
  • Ensure our brand is strong, clear and consistent across all communication and channels
  • Research, investigate and monitor competitors and market data to inform marketing activity
  • Analyse client needs and behaviours so that marketing plans can target specific customer segments
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  • Prepare, analyse and manage quarterly sales forecasts and marketing budgets
  • Plan, execute and measure marketing and customer acquisition plans and campaigns
  • Review sales and marketing performance against plan to determine effectiveness and initiate necessary mitigation
  • Work closely with, and own relationships with marketing agencies
  • Ensure the company website, blog and social media channels are relevant and kept up to date
  • Manage, coach and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals
  • Contribute to the company’s strategy as part of the Senior Leadership Team
Requirements
  • A proven track record in B2C sales and marketing
  • Ability to develop, manage and implement marketing strategy and plans
  • Ability to use customer data and segmentation to create targeted marketing strategies
  • Expertise in digital marketing and referral partner channels
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics and a strong affinity for data-driven decision making
  • Awareness of marketing and data privacy regulations
  • Ability to grow and lead a sales and marketing team
