Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales for Hydrogen Solutions to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth in this emerging market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Some of the main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for hydrogen solutions.
- Identify market opportunities and trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the team's performance and growth.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends.
- Work closely with internal departments such as product development, marketing, and customer support to ensure alignment of sales strategies with business objectives.
- Represent Delta Electronics at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales, with a leadership role within the energy or technology sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Deep knowledge of the hydrogen energy market, including technologies, applications, and key players.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
