Responsibilities
- Lead the EMEA Sales and Customer Solutions Engineering teams (5–7 direct reports)
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the region, aligned with global goals
- Build and strengthen our channel partner network — from recruitment to enablement to long-term success
- Hire top talent and build a team culture based on accountability, trust, and shared success
- Support the team in the field with strategic deals, partner negotiations, and customer relationships
- Use data to drive decisions, leveraging HubSpot and other tools to track pipeline, performance, and partner health
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to localize our go-to-market approach
- Represent Wingtra at key industry events and meetings across the region
- Act as a regional ambassador for our brand, values, and vision
Requirements
- 5+ years of highly relevant B2B technology sales experience, with strong channel and partner management background
- Experience building and scaling commercial teams from the ground up — you’ve done it before in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
- Proven success leading both Sales and post-sales/technical teams
- Known for being a strong, people-first leader — someone who develops talent and attracts top performers
- Commercially sharp, metrics-driven, and customer-obsessed
- Excellent communication skills in English; other major European languages are a strong plus
- Comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and distributed work
- Willingness to travel across the EMEA region up to 50% of the time

- Background in surveying, geospatial tech, or industries like mining, construction (AEC), or engineering
- Experience with go-to-market strategy in international B2B hardware/software businesses
- Fluency in German, Spanish, Italian, or other major regional languages
- Track record of building remote-first, cross-functional teams that scale well
