We have extremely ambitious growth plans and are looking for highly talented and motivated people to join us to help fuel these plans. A career with us offers the scale and support of a global organization, and the pace, purpose, and energy of a fast-growing business. We look for thinkers and doers: creative, collaborative, and motivated people who are excited by education, language, and, in a world of AI, the art of the possible.
The Opportunity
As Head of Sales Enablement, you'll build the regional growth and enablement engine for our Schools and Government (B2S/B2G) business in LATAM. You’ll build and deliver the messaging, proof points and pipeline-influence programs that turn our salespeople into consistent winners in government deals. You'll report to the VP LATAM and sit at the centre of Sales, Customer Success and Marketing.
This is a builder role. There's no established enablement function in LATAM to inherit; if you're energised by designing one from scratch, this is the role for you.
Who you are
- A commercially minded storyteller who can turn customer outcomes into compelling proof points for government buyers.
- Equally comfortable with content, campaigns and events. You can write a case study and also run a stand at a conference.
- Collaborative and cross-functional, working naturally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Product to build consistent narratives.
- Organized and deadline-driven, able to support multiple Hunters and Growers across a fast-moving pipeline.
- Curious about government and public sector buying, keen to understand what builds credibility with Ministries of Education.
What you'll own
- Government-facing messaging and positioning; own the narrative that makes Efekta credible with Ministries and public buyers.
- Customer proof; own the case studies, references and ROI narratives that make the sales cycle easier to win.
- Event and campaign strategy; plan and coordinate the activity that generates demand and visibility across the region.
- Pipeline-influence programs; run initiatives that improve pipeline quality, not just pipeline volume.
- Sales support; be the enablement partner Hunters and Growers turn to from first meeting through RFP, renewal and expansion.
- How we'll measure success
- New business win rates
- Quality of pipeline generated
- Strength and reuse of customer proof in sales cycles
- Consistency of messaging across LATAM
- Quality of support for renewal and expansion conversations
What you'll bring
- Experience in sales enablement, marketing or commercial content. Ideally supporting complex, relationship-led sales cycles.
- Comfortable working with government, education or public sector audiences, or a fast learner in unfamiliar regulatory contexts.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with an eye for what makes customer proof compelling.
- Experience coordinating events, campaigns or multi-stakeholder projects.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus given LATAM coverage.
Why working at Efekta is great
- A balance of autonomy and support to develop and follow your own strategy.
- A start up fast paced environment with real potential to create transformative impact in schools and universities around the world if we succeed.
- Surrounded by passionate, talented international teammates who are experts in education, technology and growth and who believe nothing is impossible.
- A competitive salary (based on track record) and benefits packages.
- Celebrations, global gatherings and anniversary markers, including paid sabbaticals.
