The Opportunity

As a sales leader at Incode, you’ll drive growth by helping the largest fintech and financial enterprises reduce cyber fraud and enhance identity verification experiences. You’ll be responsible for developing strong relationships with our existing customers while also attracting and closing new enterprise deals across the region.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale the sales organization across Mexico & Central America, driving revenue growth and expanding our footprint.
  • Take ownership of the entire sales pipeline and process, from prospecting to closing enterprise-level deals.
  • Leverage your strong network in fintech and finance to build strategic partnerships and unlock new opportunities.
  • Sell cutting-edge AI-driven identity verification and fraud prevention solutions to high-end technical buyers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Business, Compliance) to ensure seamless execution and customer success.
    Achieve Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly sales quotas
  • Attract and manage relationships with prospects & customers
  • Expand our client base in Mexico & Central Americas
  • Create world-class proposals and business cases for the C-level 
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales
  • Manage the Salesforce data daily with meeting notes, accurate sales funnel update, etc
  • Stay up-to-date with your customer’s industry and business to understand the customer’s environment and challenges, both present and future, and use the information to develop opportunities and value to the customer
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Incode products and solutions as well as competitors’ offerings

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience leading sales organizations, ideally in the tech industry.
  • Experience working with large customers to deliver an integrated, end-to-end approach
  • Conceptual understanding of APIs, AI, Webhooks, SDKs, SaaS and biometrics technologies preferred
  • Prior experience in a startup technology company
  • Experience selling to Banking, Telco, Insurance, Retail industries
  • Up-to-date on digital and enterprise technology trends and regulatory changes 
  • Outstanding CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus
  • Confident and polished communicator who is able to build strong and lasting working relationships
  • Top-notch negotiation skills
  • Proven success navigating large organizations and the ability to quickly identify the decision-makers and the decision-making process with proven experience reducing decision time
