Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Head of Sales (Agency) who is responsible for driving and managing agency sales performance through strategic leadership, disciplined execution, and daily performance oversight. The role leads sales initiatives and projects, strengthens agency leadership partnerships, and builds a strong pipeline of top‑performing producers to ensure sustainable growth.

What are we expecting from this role?
  • Develop and execute agency sales strategies aligned with company objectives, vision, and mission.

  • Drive achievement of agency sales targets, including APE, NBP, case count, agent productivity, and MDRT.

  • Lead and manage agency sales performance across regions and branches.

  • Provide strong field leadership through coaching, training, branch visits, and sales meetings.

  • Develop and strengthen agency sales leaders in partnership with field development teams.

  • Ensure sales discipline, accurate forecasting, and effective pipeline management.

  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical standards.

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Marketing, Operations, Product, and Underwriting to support sales effectiveness.

Who is the right fit for this role?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in agency sales, sales management, or life insurance.

  • Strong experience in sales performance management, coaching, and training.

  • Proven ability to lead teams independently and deliver results within deadlines.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with agency leaders, agents, and cross‑functional stakeholders.

  • Good analytical skills with a positive and resilient mindset.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong understanding of the life insurance industry.
