- Monitor the company’s platforms

- Prepares various reports for management and clients

- Suggest continues improvement of operational procedures improving the department

- Preliminary analysis of the customer complaints
- Perform competitor analysis and market research if required
Requirements:
- University/College Graduate
- Holder of CySec Advance Certificate
- 5 years’ experience in Brokerage services within a CySec Regulated Environment
- Excellent command of the English language
- Ability to work in an intensive environment and under pressure
- Strong communication skills
