The Role
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the company’s platforms
- Monitor the reception, transmission and execution of client’s orders
- Prepares various reports for management and clients
- Monitor the company’s execution and Best Interest Policy
- Suggest continues improvement of operational procedures improving the department
- Trade surveillance and monitoring for transactions
- Interacting with and operations technology teams
- Partner with IT on systems enhancements in terms of an automatic monitoring solutions;
- Testing of software releases, upgrades and applications as part of the trading system
- Control the trade processing to the clearing firm accurately and efficiently and liaise with them to resolve any trade discrepancies
- Assisting with reconciliations, fund and balance settlements on accounts at the end of the day
- Troubleshooting a variety of trading issues and liaising with appropriate teams where necessary to ensure their resolution
- Preliminary analysis of the customer complaints
- Perform competitor analysis and market research if required
Requirements:
- University/College Graduate
- Holder of CySec Advance Certificate
- 5 years’ experience in Brokerage services within a CySec Regulated Environment
- Excellent command of the English language
- Ability to work in an intensive environment and under pressure
- Strong communication skills
