Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit a Head of Reward & HR Operations to join our People & Culture team at our Marousi premises.

The Head of Reward & HR Operations contributes to the development and execution of global reward and recognition strategy & programs and is accountable for the administration and management of Corporate Payroll and Benefits, while managing the HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle to deliver superior employee experience.

More particularly:

What you’ll do:

  • Design and implement the overall Total Reward strategy to attract and retain talent
  • Manage reward processes including payroll, HR Operating expenses, Group’s payroll budget, salary review, annual bonus management, employee benefits programs and job grading structures.
  • Liaise with auditors and manage payroll related audits
  • Ensure that accurate records & employee files are maintained
  • Lead the selection and management of third-party suppliers i.e. pension plan, Group Life and Medical programs, fleet management, mobile phones, etc.
  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, aiming to deliver superior employee experience
  • Develop and continuously improve HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Own and manage HRIS and payroll systems
  • Lead and develop the Rewards & HR Operations team
  • Partner closely with Finance, Legal, and Business Leaders
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert on workforce cost and rewards-related decisions 

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Βusiness Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources / MBA (Desirable)

Minimum Experience:

  • 10–15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a structured Reward department
  • Proven experience in Total Rewards Management

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of labor law and employment regulations
  • Experience in budgeting and cost control related to HR functions
  • Ability to manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and payroll processes
  • Strong analytical skills and business financial acumen
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of Power BI & Dashboards
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Skills Required
