About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Head of Revenue Operations to lead and scale our go-to-market operations across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships. This individual will be responsible for building the operational foundation that drives revenue growth, improves forecasting accuracy, streamlines processes, and enables cross-functional alignment across the customer lifecycle.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and systems expertise with exceptional business partnership skills and a deep understanding of revenue strategy in a high growth environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute the company’s Revenue Operations strategy to support scalable growth and operational excellence.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, Finance, and Executive Leadership to align revenue goals, KPIs, and reporting
  • Pricing for core products and new releasing
  • Own and optimize the GTM tech stack, including CRM systems, sales engagement tools, forecasting platforms, and analytics solutions
  • Lead forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, quota design, and revenue reporting processes
  • Support strategic planning initiatives, including annual planning, capacity building, and headcount analysis
  • Build and maintain dashboards, and performance metrics that provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Drive operational rigor across the customer lifecycle, from lead generation through renewal and expansion
  • Establish data governance standards and ensure accuracy and integrity across systems and reporting

You Bring 

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related GTM leadership role
  • Background supporting enterprise sales organizations and complex revenue models
  • Proven experience supporting high-growth organizations, with technology, fintech, Saas, or financial services environments
  • Strong expertise with GTM AND CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot or similar tools
  • Experience with forecasting, pipeline analytics, compensation planning, and operational reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives and drive adoption of new processes, systems, and operational frameworks across functional teams
  • Advanced analytical and problem-s solving skills with the ability to data into strong recommendations
  • Familiarity within financial services, broker dealer, or regulated markets

New York, NY - Hybrid
Please note: this role is expected to come into our office on a cadence set by the Hiring Manager/Team.

Pay Range: $320,000 USD - $340,000 USD

Pay is generally based on the level, complexity, responsibility, location, and job duties/requirements of the specific position.
