COMPANY OVERVIEW
Clearwater Analytics is the standard for automated, end-to-end investment data management, accounting, analytics and reporting, the category leader that institutions already trust with their most critical data. The opportunity here is not to build a challenger. It is to take an industry leader and compound that advantage: architect the AI native revenue engine that lets Clearwater outgrow and outpace every competitor chasing it. This is a rare seat: shape the next chapter of a market leader, at the exact moment it is being built.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As Head of Revenue Operations, this role is the CRO's strategic partner and right hand, a partner and trusted advisor who turns GTM strategy into pipeline, forecasts, and ultimately results. The role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and finance, partners directly with the CEO, CRO, and CFO, and equips Sales Directors and their teams with the intelligence, tools, and automation they need to hit and exceed quota.
This is a leadership mandate to architect an AI powered sales engine, replacing after the fact reporting with a real time intelligence layer: forecasting that gets smarter with every deal, pipeline signal that surfaces before a rep has to ask, and enablement delivered in the flow of work.
HOW YOU WILL DRIVE GROWTH
- Partner with the CRO. Shape and execute GTM strategy alongside the CEO, CRO, and CFO: define what to sell and where, and use AI driven data to inform revenue decisions.
- Own the Numbers. Build and maintain pipeline and forecasting infrastructure that uses AI driven analytics and predictive modeling, giving leadership a real time, forward-looking view of the business.
- Work in the Field. Partner directly with Global Sales Leaders and Account Executives in the field: embed with their teams, remove blockers, and coach live deals. Their success in the field is the clearest measure of this role's success.
- Architect the Sales Engine. Design and govern the systems, processes, and Salesforce architecture that run the sales organization. Use AI and automation to remove friction and surface signal. Own compensation plan design and governance to keep incentives aligned with strategy.
- Align GTM End to End. Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Client Success to synchronize roadmaps, campaigns, and programs with sales execution, using shared data to sharpen targeting, messaging, and product fit.
- Build the Team. Own the GTM plan built to maximize growth: team structure, hiring, onboarding, and enablement programs that improve execution and shorten ramp time.
- Track the Market. Use AI powered market and competitive intelligence to track trends and customer needs. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
