Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Supply Chain to implement forecasting and risk mitigation scoring models.

  • Align with Sales, PMO, Finance, and Customer Success to streamline the order-to-cash process.

  • Support budgeting and working capital planning with Commercial Finance and Supply Chain.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain KPIs for backlog conversion, installation, customer acceptance, and cash flow.

  • Deliver regular, data-driven reporting to executive leadership using ERP, CRM, and other digital tools.

  • Identify and recommend improvements to operational performance.

Leadership

  • Lead a global, cross-functional team focused on backlog conversion and cash collection.

  • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, partners, and key stakeholders.

Risk Management

  • Identify risks in revenue recognition, backlog delivery, and cash collection.

  • Implement mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

  • Provide consistent updates to leadership on fulfillment status and financial risk.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Proven experience in revenue management, sales operations, or commercial leadership roles.

  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.

  • Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

  • Proficiency in ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Deep understanding of financial, budgeting, and revenue recognition principles.

  • Six Sigma certification is a plus.

  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and meet deadlines.

  • Willing to travel up to 30% globally.

We encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every requirement—your unique skills and experiences might be exactly what we're looking for!
