Role Overview 

We are seeking an experienced Head of Revenue India (GCC) to support global revenue operations by driving opportunity identification, market intelligence, and strategic coordination for disaster recovery, environmental restoration, and infrastructure projects. 

This role sits at the intersection of business development, research, and project coordination, working closely with U.S. based revenue leaders and cross-functional teams across India and global locations. The Revenue Lead will help establish foundational processes, research frameworks, and workflows from the ground up, while ensuring strong visibility into pipelines, market trends, and strategic opportunities. 

Success in this role will require strong analytical thinking, structured execution, and the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and functions. 



Key Responsibilities 

• Identify, track, and evaluate government bidding opportunities across procurement portals and industry sources. 
• Conduct market and industry research on emerging sectors, funding sources, and policy or regulatory changes. 
• Analyse competitors, market dynamics, and revenue potential to support bidding and strategic decisions. 
• Develop SOPs, templates, and standardized processes for opportunity identification and pipeline management. 
• Collaborate closely with U.S. revenue leadership and cross-functional teams including Finance, GIS, Equipment, and Operations. 
• Support U.S. counterparts throughout the opportunity lifecycle, including progressing and closing active opportunities. 
• Coordinate pricing inputs, resource requirements, and overall opportunity readiness. 
• Maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports using Salesforce and other revenue tools. 
• Support automation initiatives to improve turnaround time, accuracy, and scalability of revenue processes. 
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline updates for leadership. 
• Ensure governance, documentation quality, and consistent communication with U.S. stakeholders. 



Required Qualifications 


Experience 

• 10–12 years of experience in business development, revenue operations, tender mining, or bid management. 
• Strong exposure to government procurement, public-sector bidding, and RFP/RFQ/RFI processes. 


Education 

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. 


Knowledge & Skills 

• Proven ability to conduct detailed market and industry research and translate insights into action. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-support capabilities. 
• Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills. 
• Hands-on experience with procurement portals, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and bidding systems. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and cross-functional dependencies. 
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating within global teams and time zones.
