We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Head of Retail to lead our retail sales efforts and drive growth across key verticals, including convenience stores, grocery chains, and quick-service restaurants (QSRs).   • Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging insights to drive innovation in retail advertising, in-store media, and digital signage solutions.
  • Lead and inspire a results-oriented sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams to deliver customer success.

Professional Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in retail or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries, with a strong focus on business developmentaccount management, or sales.
  • Demonstrated success in engaging with and influencing executive-level stakeholders at large retail brands and CPG companies.
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing strong relationships at the executive level within major retail brands.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Deep understanding of retail operationsretail media networks, and digital signage solutions.
  • Familiarity with the technology needs of convenience storesgrocery chains, and QSRs.
  • Knowledge of trends in retail advertisingin-store media, and shopper engagement.

Skills:

  • Exceptional communicationpresentation, and negotiation skills.
