REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate degree from a program accredited the the American Library Association or from a program in a country with a formal accreditation process as identified by ALA’s Human Resource Development and Recruitment Office.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
A minimum of three years of progressively responsible supervisory experience within an academic library setting.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Evidence of professional service and/or research in the field of library science.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Experience collaborating with diverse groups and library departments to promote student success.
Experience managing employees, preferably in a library setting.
