Provides first-line technical support to university faculty, staff, and students by phone, email, and in person. Troubleshoots university software, hardware, printers, wireless systems, and remote learning technologies; escalates complex issues to second-line support; and shares knowledge with other support specialists. Requires advanced Windows, Macintosh, software, hardware, and operating-system expertise, strong communication skills, a bachelor’s degree, five years of computer support experience, and a valid Louisiana driver’s license.

Coordinates curriculum and degree progression activities in the university Registrar’s Office. Conducts degree audits, maintains Workday progress reports, processes curriculum updates, ensures academic policy compliance, and supports commencement and end-of-semester processes. Requires accurate records management, cross-departmental communication, confidentiality, and proficiency with student information systems.

Develop and support Workday integrations, reports, web applications, and related software solutions. Participate across the quality assurance and software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, coding, source control, code reviews, configuration, testing, releases, integration, and tier-two end-user support. The role requires on-campus work and collaboration with technology teams.

The Dean serves as the College of Nursing’s chief academic and administrative officer, leading academic programs, faculty and staff, enrollment, student success, accreditation, budgeting, partnerships, advancement, and innovation. The role requires strategic leadership, nursing accreditation expertise, personnel and resource management, external engagement, and oversight of undergraduate and graduate education. The Dean will advance nursing workforce development, strengthen healthcare partnerships, support faculty development, and guide the College through organizational growth and change.
