Provides confidential administrative support to the Human Resources Director and clerical assistance to HR staff. Manages routine office operations supporting recruiting, employment, orientation, training, benefits, performance appraisal, workers’ compensation, classification and pay, file maintenance, and HR information systems for approximately 2,000 university employees. Requires effective communication, customer focus, critical thinking, three years of administrative services experience, a valid driver’s license, and defensive driving certification.

Provides front-office administrative support for a university housing department by greeting and directing visitors and residents, distributing forms and information, managing mail, supervising and scheduling student workers, and maintaining records. The role requires clerical experience or qualifying college coursework, a valid driver's license, and completion of the university's defensive driving certification.

Provides academic advising, transition support, proactive outreach, and early intervention for sophomore through senior students, especially those on academic probation. Partners with faculty advisors and campus offices to deliver holistic, data-informed student success support, assist at-risk and first-generation students, and connect learners with academic, career, financial aid, and other resources.

Provides administrative and clerical support to Auxiliary Services leadership and staff. Oversees daily office operations, administrative workflows, communications, accountability, and customer service. Applicants need two years of administrative services experience, or eligible college credit substitutions. A valid driver's license and completion eligibility for the university's defensive driving course are required.

Leads university-wide efforts to identify, analyze, and mitigate operational and reputational risks. Administers the university insurance program, manages claims, assists with safety inspections, and promotes a risk-aware culture across academic and administrative departments. Performs additional duties assigned by the director.

Teach undergraduate and graduate accounting courses, conduct quality accounting research, and provide service to the department, college, and university. The role emphasizes teaching commitment, research productivity, collegiality, student focus, and work with diverse populations. Candidates must hold or be pursuing a terminal accounting degree from an AACSB-accredited program, with teaching experience and professional accounting certification preferred.

Lead the Research and Instruction Department, supervise librarians and staff, manage library instruction, reference services, and electronic information access; set departmental goals, participate in planning and assessment, and collaborate across library and university units.

Tenure-track faculty to teach undergraduate and graduate marketing courses, conduct and maintain scholarly research meeting AACSB Academic Qualifications, and provide service to the department, college, and university. Position begins January or August 2027.

Tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professor to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Supply Chain Management and/or Business Statistics, conduct scholarly research to meet AACSB academic qualifications, and provide service to the department, college, and university. Position begins Jan or Aug 2027.

Tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor of Finance to teach undergraduate and possibly MBA courses, conduct research, and perform service to department, college, and university. Start date January or August 2027.
