About the Role

Develops and implements effective distribution sales strategies Partnership Distribution department to achieve business goals & objectives through a team of Regional Sales Manager (RSMs).

Strategizes and implements sales initiatives in order to achieve key result areas in:

  • Supporting Sales Director & Chief Partnership Distribution Officer to achieve the channel goals
  • Supervising and developing a high-performance sales team of RSMs and BLPs to achieve business goals, team performance effectiveness and personal career development.
  • Engaging Partner and regularly building strong partnership relationships
  • Designing programs and incentives to direct the sales behavior of Partner, RSM and BLP towards achieving key result area objectives.
  • Enforcing performance standards to promote business quality
  • Identifying and grooming aspiring producers to become hugely successful.
  • Any other key company performance measurement as directed by management.
  • Supervising and developing a team of RSMs and BLPs to achieve team performance effectiveness and personal career development
  • Planning for customer events, sales initiatives and other sales related campaign to boost up the sales performance
