We are now looking for a Head of Regional Operations EMEA to lead this transformation – someone who can inspire teams, set strategic direction, and drive operational excellence across our Enterprise and Gaming divisions.
In the role as Head of Regional Operations EMEA you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will provide direct leadership for Regional Operations across our divisions, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience while shaping the future industrial footprint of GN in EMEA.
The team you will be part of:
You will be a valued member of the Regional Operations Leadership Team, with key stakeholders within Global Operations, Finance, Gaming and Enterprise Divisions, IT, and People & Culture. The role operates across strategic, tactical, and operational levels.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
Continuously deliver a best-in-class customer experience across planning, order management, warehousing, and delivery
Lead EMEA Operations with a strong focus on inspiring, coaching, and developing talent throughout the organization. Your team consists of Regional Planning, Order Management, Warehousing and Logistics.
Drive the EMEA transformation and develop a multi-year industrial roadmap to prepare for AI readiness, fast growth, an industry-leading cost position, agility in reaching new market segments, and adoption of new technologies
Build strong relationships with commercial leaders across Enterprise and Gaming
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and operational excellence
Embody and exemplify GN's Leadership commitments in all actions and interactions
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:
Hold a degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Management, or an equivalent field. A Master's degree is an advantage
Are an experienced senior operations leader with a demonstrated history of increasing responsibility across multiple divisions and cross-cultural environments
Have end-to-end Supply Chain experience, ideally spanning across planning, order management, warehousing, automations and logistics
Possess strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels – from senior executives to shop floor teams
Bring positive energy, executive presence, and effective communication skills
The role will require 30-50 days of travel per year.
