As we expand our client base across multiple markets, we are hiring a Head of Recruitment to elevate our TA function into a commercially focused, insight-led growth engine.
Role Overview:
This is not your typical internal TA role. You’ll be leading recruitment globally while also acting as a strategic partner to the commercial team—fueling revenue growth through talent intelligence and proactive pipelining.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Acquisition
Own and execute sourcing for senior and business-critical roles
Apply deep sourcing strategies and maintain evergreen pipelines
Act as the benchmark for sourcing best practices—this is a hands-on role
Requirements

- 8+ years in agency recruitment or embedded/RPO leadership
- Track record building TA teams across multiple geographies
- Strong hands-on sourcing skills with a commercial mindset
- Data-driven, organised, and confident influencing stakeholders
- Comfortable with sourcing tools, CRM, and ATS platforms
Success in Year 1 Looks Like:
- TA directly supports revenue and GP margin growth
- Scalable talent communities built for repeat hiring
- Market insights regularly shared with Commercial & BD teams
