What you will do:
As Head of Recruitment, you will shape the future of our recruitment function. You will own our recruitment strategy, lead a team of 9 recruiters, and build a scalable approach that supports Sensorfact’s growth as part of ABB. This is a unique opportunity to define what recruitment looks like as Sensorfact enters a new chapter; combining the speed and ambition of a scale-up with the structure and opportunities of a global organization.

• Lead and support a high-performing recruitment team where people stay engaged, collaborate effectively, and deliver strong results

• Drive hiring outcomes across the business, tracking and optimizing KPIs to sharpen performance and decision-making

• Shape scalable infrastructure to improve quality of hire

• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to align on priorities and provide talent guidance

• Strengthen our employer brand and candidate experience

• Hands-on recruiting for senior and business-critical roles
  

What you bring:

• 3+ years of experience leading a team of 5+ recruiters

• Full-cycle expertise, from strategy and sourcing to selection, ATS/process management (Ashby preferred), and stakeholder relations

• Proactive, ownership-driven, and a natural go-getter with real passion for recruitment

• Target-driven, with a proven track record of reaching and exceeding hiring targets in a fast-paced, international environment

• Strong knowledge of the European Sales and GTM market

• An analytical mindset, comfortable setting, tracking, and improving recruitment KPIs

• Strong people leadership, with the ability to motivate, coach, and get the best out of a team

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English; Dutch, French, Spanish, German, or Italian is a plus
