Job Description:

Head of Proposition, Bupa Global 

 

Location: London, Brighton – Flexible/Hybrid Working  

Permanent Full-time Contract

The Head of Proposition will drive the design and delivery of globally consistent, locally relevant experiences that set Bupa apart, ensuring new services and pathways deliver meaningful value for our customers. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Lead the design, delivery and management of a suite of global healthcare, including wellness and prevention, propositions. 

  • Set global packaging and bundling strategies for Consumer, SME and Corporate propositions. 

  • Total accountability for delivering target metrics of utilisation and NPS for propositions 

  • Direct the development of integrated clinical pathways across multiple therapeutical areas and markets with Bupa-led or preferred partner-led provision. 

  • Oversee proposition insights to translate data into clear customer experiences. 

  • Ensure propositions have strong business cases driven by customer, clinical and commercial outcomes. 

  • Provide strategic direction for deployment of propositions, ensuring consistent delivery across markets and journeys. 

  • Manage governance processes for proposition investment and prioritisation. 

  • Lead a high-performing team and foster a culture of innovation and excellence. 

What We’re Looking For 
  • Extensive leadership experience in proposition, product development, product marketing or packaging strategy 

  • Demonstrable experience of leading commercial strategies resulting in delivering financial and customer outcomes. 

  • Proven experience of leading teams across complex global organisations, ideally in the healthcare or insurance industries. 

  • Proven experience of executing the launching and building of customer products, propositions or journeys using insights and research 

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actions. 

  • Excellent stakeholder management at senior/executive level. 

  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to simplify complexity.
