Job Description:
- Coordinate Production and Engineering activity for machining Production area;
- Lead process improvements by assessing team operations and delivering solutions that improve performance and results;
- Select, evaluate, reward and motivate subordinate staff based on internal objectives and organizational culture;
- Manage available resources daily (people, raw materials, and equipment) to achieve performance indicators;
- Ensure the implementation of the strategy, objectives and best practices communicated at company level and by the line manager;
- Monitor and optimize the working practices of subordinate teams to improve performance and results;
- Proposes budget and monitors annual expenditure within the limits of his/her financial competence;
Professional experience & skills desired to have:
- Leadership experience at a Management level (min 3 years);
- Good technical understanding;
- Experience in coordinating machining processes (preferably milling and turning);
- Technical University degree;
- Very good English skills, German is a plus;
- Well organized person, self-responsible, demonstrate initiative;
- Problem-solving attitude, flexible, with communication skills;
- Creative, team oriented.
