About The Role
As our Head of Product, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the product strategy, driving innovation, and building teams that will transform the healthcare industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to deliver outstanding products that address the needs of our customers and improve patient outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Define and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap, staying ahead of market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the telehealth space
- Partner with engineering, design, and clinical teams to deliver seamless, scalable, and user-centric product experiences.
- Leverage data analytics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Have a high bar for excellence and strive to make a difference in our organization and the lives of our patients
- Thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where collaboration is key to success

Who You Are
- 8+ years of product management experience, with 3-4 years in a direct management position
- Bonus: Previous Founder experience
- Experience in scaling products in the healthcare, telehealth, or health tech industry
- Possess exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of functional programming languages such as Python or Node.js
- Obsess over continuous product improvement, going beyond just shipping new products
- Excited about working in-person with our team in San Francisco

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $250,000 to $350,000, in addition to equity and benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations. Actual compensation within this range is determined by various factors, such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
