📋 What You’ll Be Doing

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap that aligns with our mission and drives business growth.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of product managers and designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal and external stakeholders to define product goals, set priorities, and achieve alignment.
• Development Oversight: Partner with development teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery aligned with agile methodologies.
• Market Insight & Innovation: Conduct market research, stay ahead of industry trends, and continuously drive product innovation.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for all product launches and iterations.
• Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, gather feedback, and use insights to inform product improvements.
• Performance Monitoring: Track product performance and KPIs, using data-driven decisions to guide future product development.

• Experience: At least 5 years in product management or a related role, with a proven track record of launching and managing software products.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership abilities, capable of managing and inspiring a cross-functional team.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with an in-depth knowledge of fintech industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Exceptional communication skills for influencing stakeholders and presenting product vision.
